EXPERIENCE: Make Room for Cheese

Problem: A customer’s cheese cooler had inadequate refrigeration capacity. The three (3) existing King evaporators were old, worn out, and took up valuable floor space.

Solution: Gartner Refrigeration provided a load survey and proposed installing four (4) 25 TR Aero evaporators. The customer accepted the proposal and this coil represents the first of the four to be installed.

The advantages of the new coil included:

• Aluminum Construction – light weight, good heat transfer
• Small size – usable floor space was gained
• Improved Air Flow – over 36,000 CFM per unit
