INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY:
Innovative Technology
That Pays for Itself

SuperChill – Cut chill time. Reduce product shrink.

By operating cooling coils in a wet state throughout much of the chill cycle and retaining the moisture, SuperChill can cut cooling/freezing time in half, greatly reduce product shrink and condensate, and significantly lower energy costs. A Gartner Refrigeration industrial cooling innovation, SuperChill is a perfect example of how long-term savings can result from an initial investment in the best equipment for the job.

Humigard – Reduce condensation.

Humigard, Gartner Refrigeration’s ingenious solution to the condensation problem, utilizes wasted refrigeration heat to help wring moisture from the air. As a result, you get an industrial refrigeration system offering close temperature tolerances and an efficient dehumidifying system-two systems for the operating cost of one.

HydroChill – Chill liquids without fear of freezing.

With a single pass over easily cleaned stainless steel coils, HydroChill cools liquids to a desirable temperature while virtually eliminating the threat of freezing, as the liquid is outside the coils.

Demand Defrost – Energy savings on demand.

Utilizing infrared technology, Demand Defrost senses frost build-up on the evaporator surface and automatically initiates defrost as needed. This breakthrough technology can increase product quality and shelf life while eliminating excessive defrosts, iced-over coils, manual initiation
and continual surveillance of evaporator coils.
