Industrial refrigeration training from Gartner Refrigeration provides operators, maintenance personnel, and plant engineers with the practical knowledge needed to safely operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems. Every course is customized to your facility and combines classroom instruction with hands-on learning to help your team build confidence and improve system reliability.
Industrial Refrigeration Training – Phase I
Training consists of 8-hour training days for 3 days. This will allow for 24 hours of training per attendee. If you want to change the training to a different number of hours or training days, please feel free to contact us so we can make arrangements.
All employees satisfactorily completing the course will be given a certificate. There is a written examination to verify that the students understand the material.
Industrial Refrigeration Training – Phase II
Training is an extension to the regular Industrial Refrigeration Training course. In this course, we have a more of a “hands on” approach to the training. Training will take place in your plant talking about the operation and maintenance of specific equipment.
If you decide to proceed with this training course, we would like you to provide an equipment list for your facility with make and model. and the items that you would like to focus on during the training. We will make every effort to bring the manufactures IOM manual for each piece of equipment that we are going to do training on.
We would also like to get a plant process flow diagram, preferably in electronic format, so that we can create overheads for the class. The course materials are on a PowerPoint presentation. In addition, our trainer will want to spend some time before the class begins talking to the plant engineer, so he can find out what areas he should go into depth
