With our knowledge and innovation in Industrial Refrigeration, we assisted QuoteSoft Estimating in developing a refrigeration specific database. This combined with QuoteSoft’s standard piping database of over 100,000 standard items, we can easily customize our specifications to match our customers’ needs. With onscreen takeoff capabilities and automatic pricing updates, we see every pipe, valve, and fitting, with both material cost and labor hours. This ensures we can efficiently create consistently accurate estimates, bid more jobs and more effectively manage projects.
Gartner Refrigeration is a proud and long standing member of, Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and Minnesota Mechanical Contractors Association (MMCA.) Our Project Managers and Field Supervisors routinely participate in MCAA and MMCA training sessions and conferences. This may include local MMCA one or two day seminars involving Project Planning Skills, Time Management, Characteristics of Great Foremen, Change Order Management, Scheduling or Project Closeout. We also participate in longer national training sessions and conferences though MCAA such as the Institute for Project Management or Field Leaders Training. Training our Project Managers and Field Leaders is a vital part to our success and the success of our customers’ projects.

You can rest assured that your system has been put together with the highest mechanical contracting integrity. We maintain a zero tolerance for leaks. All materials used are above the current standards to help you meet ever tightening code requirements.
