Training Dates for 2020: February 11th -14th and September 22nd – 25th
Designed to meet the requirements of OSHA Emergency Response HAZMAT personnel. This class focuses on ammonia users who will respond to leaks or spills of ammonia. Warning: OSHA requires that all personnel who are expected to respond to chemicals must be trained according to 1910.120(q). This includes persons who will be responsible with the fire departments.
The seminar will include 24 hours of training and includes classroom as well as simulated emergencies using gas masks, self-contained breathing apparatus, and totally encapsulated suits. Each attendee will receive a valuable 167 page training manual and incident checklist.
At the end of the third day, the attendees will be required to take a 60 question examination. Upon satisfactory completion, certificates will be awarded which document that the OSHA Training Requirements have been met.
