Training is an integral part of our ability to service you well. Factory representatives are sought to maintain high levels of training with newer products. Our senior technicians pass along their skills and real world experience within a structured, in-house program. All training is tailored to individual service people to ensure thorough education in all areas. We are involved with the local and national RETA organization. We also have RETA CIRO trained technicians.
Our trained technicians have been through technical school, pipefitter training, factory training, Hazmat training and carry a high-pressure piping, refrigeration and gas license to name a few. Our yearly Hazmat training keeps our technicians at the top of their game when it comes to spill mitigation and repair.
Regularly schedule maintenance, including Gartner’s exclusive 18-point vibration analysis, helps prevent problems from occurring. We have a large parts inventory that helps us service our customers quickly. Gartner can help with your maintenance needs. We have a variety of service agreements that we can offer from daily inspections and maintenance, to annual inspections.
